For example, we utilize both ISO and GHTF Auditing Guidelines, as well as FDA methodologies, when we perform our audits. We define requirements and work from plans when executing our work. Our outputs are monitored and measured to assure compliance to our requirements. We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services. We utilize management review and CAPA processes to address areas of improvement.
